# Using the Projects Page

The **Projects tab** in Elevation Advisor is your team’s central hub for managing all accepted or active jobs. Only proposals that have been accepted by the client will appear here, once a proposal gets the green light, it automatically moves into the Projects section.

When that happens, all key project assets are transferred automatically, including:

* Designs and proposal sketches

* Site photos and general notes

* A PDF copy of the original proposal

From that point forward, the Projects tab becomes the go-to workspace for your team to stay organized.

On the left-hand side of the screen, you’ll see a list of all active projects. Each entry includes:

* The client’s name
* Proposal title
* Calendar dates (if scheduled)
* Project address
* Current job status
* Assigned crews

### Finding a Project
Running a lot of jobs at once? Use the search bar at the top of the list to find a project by client name. To see only one crew's work, pick that crew from the crew dropdown. Choose **No Team Assigned** to find the jobs that still need a crew, or **All Crews** to see everything again.

The project address will be formatted as a **Google Maps hyperlink**, available to your crews in case they need directions or simply to view the project location on a map.

|| 💡 In the center of the screen, you’ll find a live-updating list of completed projects, making it easy to track what’s done and what’s still in progress.

## Project Folders

To manage files for a specific project, click **View Project Folder**. Inside, you’ll find default folders, **Photos** and **Documents**, ready to use. You can also create your own folders by clicking **Add Folder**. Rename, move, or delete folders anytime using the three-dot menu next to each one.

Need to check materials while you're looking at files? Click **Project Budget** at the top of the folder to jump straight to that job's [Project Budget](https://support.elevationadvisor.com/en-us/article/using-the-project-budgets-page-1kzch4r/).

Common uses for folders include:

* Organizing design files and revision
* Storing site photos for crew reference
* Keeping inspection reports or permits accessible

Uploading files is simple. Click **Add Files** to upload from your device. If you’re inside a folder, the files will go directly into it. If not, they’ll appear under **Ungrouped Files**, where you can organize them later. You can also drag and drop files into folders or move folders themselves by selecting **Move to Ungrouped**, then dragging them where needed.

Whether you’re renaming, downloading, or organizing files, all the tools you need are right there in the three-dot menu for quick access.

One the project is finished and marked as complete, it will be moved to the center column. To view any project details on a completed project, click **the three dots** on the right hand side of the project. This will allow you to view the Proposal, the Project Folder, and the [Project Budget](https://support.elevationadvisor.com/en-us/article/using-the-project-budgets-page-1kzch4r/). You will also have access to invoicing for the project under Invoice Client and the ability to move the project to your archive so it longer shows on your Projects page. If a project is cancelled, the menu includes a **Cancel Project** button. Don't worry though, you'll receive a warning before canceling projects that are scheduled, crew assigned, or in progress to prevent accidental removals.
