• Command Center

  The Command Center is your business on one page. It shows how your crews are producing against your Profit Genie target, what you've sold this year, which invoices are waiting to go out, how full each crew's calendar is, and which jobs are eating through their budgets. To open it, click Command Center at the top of the menu. It always shows the current year. There are no filters on purpose; when you want to dig into one client, crew or project, use Labor Performance and **Materials OverFew readers

• Job Costing

• Labor Performance

  Labor is where most jobs make or lose their money. Labor Performance shows where your hours went: which finished jobs ran over, how much overtime you paid, how much time never got clocked to a job, and who clocked in somewhere they shouldn't have been. Who can see it: Owner/Admin and Manager only. It shows each employee's hours and labor cost, and pay rates can be worked out from those numbers. • Materials Overage

  Materials Overage compares what you bought for each job against what you budgeted on the proposal. It shows which projects went over, which materials did it, and whether the crew used more than planned or the price simply went up. Who can see it: Owner/Admin and Manager only. To open it: click Reporting in the menu, then Materials Overage. • How to Use Timesheet Reporting

  The Timesheets page shows every hour your crew clocks, so you can check the week before payroll, catch mistakes early, and see how much paid time actually lands on jobs. Open it from the sidebar under Reporting > Timesheets. The page has two tabs that look at the same time records: Weekly Hours shows each person's paid hours for the week, day by day, with overtime and anything that needs fixing.
